We are a professional property inventory service provider with a team of fully trained clerks. Our Clerks for inventory services will provide you a comprehensive and objective report that you can submit in court if a landlord has problems with tenant damage. For that reason, it is fairly clear exactly what the outbound tenant is responsible for in regards to repair work, replacement and cleaning.

Our objective is to make the inventory process as stress free as possible for all parties.

The inventory report provides a comprehensive and precise record of the property including pictures. It includes all fixtures and fittings and contents and is set out in a clear, crisp and contemporary design template including conditions of all doors, ceilings, floors, walls, windows, etc
At check-in the inventory clerk will note which keys have been exchanged and will record al the energy meter readings. Our clerks and tenants will concur the condition of the home and sign the report; all included as part of the inventory services provided.
The inventory check out report makes it possible for the parties involved to exercise precisely which items need to be ‘made good’ at the occupancy end.
